Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Some products such as personal care items, customized products, and perishable goods cannot be returned.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
